Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, and express shipping takes 2-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package.
Hair Extensions & Bundles
How many bundles do I need?
For a full sew-in: 12-14 inches (2-3 bundles), 16-20 inches (3 bundles), 22-28 inches (3-4 bundles). Add a closure or frontal for a complete look.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes! Our virgin hair can be colored, bleached, and heat styled. We recommend having a professional colorist do any chemical treatments.
How long do the extensions last?
With proper care, our hair extensions can last 6-12 months or longer.
What's the difference between body wave, deep wave, and straight?
Body wave has a loose, natural wave pattern. Deep wave has tighter, more defined curls. Straight hair has no curl pattern and can be styled as desired.
Wigs
What's the difference between a closure wig and a frontal wig?
A closure wig has a 4x4 or 5x5 inch lace piece, perfect for middle or side parts. A frontal wig has a 13x4 inch lace piece that goes ear to ear, allowing for more versatile styling and pulled-back looks.
What is HD lace?
HD (high definition) lace is thinner and more transparent than regular lace, making it virtually undetectable and perfect for creating a natural-looking hairline.
Can I sleep in my wig?
We don't recommend sleeping in your wig regularly as it can cause tangling and reduce its lifespan. If you must, wrap it in a silk scarf.
How do I secure my wig?
You can use wig glue, tape, or adjustable straps. We recommend our melting lace spray for a natural, secure hold.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused hair products in original packaging. Digital products (e-books) cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my hair for a different texture or length?
Yes! Return the original item (unused and in original packaging) and place a new order for the texture or length you prefer.
Hair Care
How often should I wash my extensions or wig?
Wash extensions every 10-15 wears or when product buildup occurs. For wigs, wash every 2-3 weeks depending on how often you wear it.
What products should I use?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Avoid alcohol-based products and heavy oils on lace.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes! Always use a heat protectant and keep temperatures under 350°F (180°C).
