Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused hair products in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (e-books and guides)
  • Hair products that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Custom-colored or custom-cut items

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at your email address with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
